We’ll discuss your wellness challenges, how Reiki works, and an overview of the session to know what to expect.
A Calming Experience
Your session will be in a tranquil and serene environment helping you to relax and promote healing. Aromatherapy will be offered to complement your holistic experience. Breath work may also be utilized to activate the calming centers of the body to receive Reiki energy.
Masterful Techniques
With a gentle hands on or hands hovering approach, I will intuitively identify areas of stagnation or imbalance within the body’s energy centers. Lifeforce energy will be gently applied to clear energy stagnation and restore energetic balance. Adequate time to return from a relaxed state will enable us to discuss your experience and how best to reach your goals.
